How to download Philips DICOM Viewer R3.0?

I have a DVD of my MRI but cannot open the files to see the images, how can I download the Viewer?

The Viewer is available for downloading from the official website of Philips. I've visited the page and it appears that the latest version released is actually R3.0 SP8.
